Currently we are only shipping within the United States. Typically, orders for in-stock merchandise will be processed in 24-48 hours. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). You will receive order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Your order should arrive within 2-7 business days from the time the order is processed. 

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 and FREE shipping on orders over $100 (before tax and after all discounts are applied).

We get it, things don't always work out or fit quite right! We offer Store Credit (which never expires) for returns. We do not issue refunds. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing.

Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back. 


The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.  Socks and belts can also not be returned or exchanged.

  • All returns must be received within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit for the original purchase price. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Items must be returned in the following condition:

-New condition
-Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke-free
-Tags must be attached

Any items that are returned with any stains or do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted and additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you. No refund will be issued. 


Online returns are easy.  If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from, you may return it within 15 days of receiving the item for a store credit. 

Fees incurred on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may ship the package to our returns department at:

Please include your original packing slip inside your return. Keep in mind that all returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, smoke free, without alterations and with tags attached. Final Sale items, socks, and belts cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We recommend that you ship it via a trackable method back to our warehouse as McQueen & Grant cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt.

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once it has been processed. 


We do not perform exchanges at this time. 


Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.  

  • If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you MUST Contact Us within 3 days so we may address the issue.
  • Please include a description and picture of the damaged item in your email.  
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
